Firm History

Mr. Miller has served for thirteen years as senior partner in the firm of Miller, Olszewksi & Moore, and its predacessors. From 1983-1988 he served as the County Attorney for Harford County, Maryland. He now practices with his own firm in the areas of commercial, business and construction law, and civil and criminal litigation.

Born Des Moines, Iowa, October 17, 1946; admitted to bar, 1976, Maryland and U.S. District Court, District of Maryland; 1983, U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court.
